Cancellation Policy
Eligibility and Scope Eligibility: Open to new clients considering our services. Scope: One-on-one session with a Gostellr expert to discuss goals and service information. Booking and Scheduling Booking: Schedule via our website or customer service. Availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Duration: 30-45 minutes, one session per client. Cancellations: 24 hours' notice required. Failure to comply results in forfeiture of another free consultation. Conduct of Consultation Format: Conducted over the phone, video call, or in person, as determined by Gostellr. Preparation: Clients should prepare by listing goals and questions. Post-Consultation Follow-Up: Summary and recommendations provided by email. Privacy: Information handled according to Gostellr’s Privacy Policy. General Modification: Terms may be modified without notice. Changes apply post-modification date. No Guarantee: No specific results guaranteed; effectiveness depends on client commitment and external factors.
